Where is the Group Joiner?
● You can find the group joiner near the group gift, in the lil room just right on the entrance. Also, there is one on the counter, just behind the bot.
Why there isn't --body size?
● There are many mesh bodies and there is only one of me. I have a friend who helps me rigging and I'm learning how to rig myself too, but, each release requires lot of work. Meshing the item, texturing it, baking all the textures, rigging it and finishing everything on SL, plusm making vendors and promotional images. It's a lot of work and, as for now, I'm not able to do multiple sizes for every release.

Can I have a custom version of --item?
● No, sorry. I don't make custom works.
I don't find this particular item, where is it?
● If you don't find the item in the store it is probably at an event. Check near the counter in the "Event and news" wall, you will usually see there the new releases that are out at events and, clicking on the images, you will receive a landmark to the event. If the event is over and the item is still not out at the mainstore, please, do give me some time. Usually it takes some days for the items to be put out after events end.

I need redelivery.
● You can find a redelivery terminal in [Cubic Cherry] mainstore. It's just near the entrance on the right. There is also, under the normal redelivery panel, another one for very old purchases you might have made. Gachas cannot be redelivered.
I played a gacha and the item didn't deliver, what do i do?
● Send a message (IM) to CubicCherryBOT with a screenshot of your transaction history.
I bought an item from a gacha reseller and it didn't deliver, what do i do?
● I'm sorry. If you bought the gacha item froma third party I cannot help you. I can only offer support for items directly bought from me.
How can I buy a giftcard?
● Go to [Cubic Cherry] mainstore. In the entrance, on the left, you will see the Credit Terminal, under it there is a frame that allow you to buy or redeem giftcards. Click on "buy a giftcard". It will ask you if you want to get a giftcard, click yes and the terminal will send you one. Wear the empty giftcard, when you do, you will get a pop up that will let you choose the import of that particular giftcard. Select the desire amount, then, following the instruction given to you in local chat, now you will be able to right click and pay the "buy giftcard" terminal for the desier quantity of L$ you want on the giftcard. Your giftcard is not active and you can redeem it for yourself or gift it to a friend.
I want to redeem a giftcard, how do they work?
● Go to [Cubic Cherry] mainstore. In the entrance, on the left, you will see the Credit Terminal, under it there is a frame that allow you to buy or redeem giftcards. Wear your giftcard and then click on "redeem a giftcard" . The terminal will ask you if you wanna redeem the giftcard. Say yes to do so, once you have done that, the giftcard amount will be added to your store credit balance and you will be able to spend it by clicking on a vendor a select "store credit" as payment method.
